New Flooring Installed in the Second-Floor Japanese-Style Room of the Annex Building
The restoration of the annex building is progressing ahead of the main house. The floorboards on the second floor of the annex have been replaced. With the removal of the fusuma (sliding doors) during the renovation, the room now appears very spacious. Insulation has also been added to the ceiling. Many people avoid old houses due to poor insulation, but our company's restoration of Kominka incorporates modern technology to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Restoration of Kominka Underway
The restoration work on the traditional house has begun. The main house has been stripped down to its skeleton, with walls and floors removed. Concrete is being poured under the floor, and new wooden flooring is being installed.
The restoration of the two-story annex building has also started. It has been stripped down to its skeleton as well. New pillars are being installed, and the shape of the rooms is gradually taking form.
