We propose revitalization plans that preserve and honor the traditional value and aesthetic of heritage Japanese homes (kominka), while ensuring a comfortable, modern living experience.
For instance, for old folk houses with poor insulation, we fully insulate the entire structure and install underfloor heating, creating a comfortable living environment that can be enjoyed throughout all four seasons. Furthermore, we update water facilities—such as the kitchen, bathroom, and restroom—with the latest high-end equipment, transforming them into luxurious and exclusive spaces that blend functionality with premium quality.
