This plan involves operating a guesthouse where pets are allowed on the premises, a Kominka cafe and a dog grooming salon.

・Operational expenses to Nakagawa Juken for guesthouse business are 20% of revenue. (Customer attraction, reservation handling, customer service, cleaning, etc.)

・When the Kominka is not in use, we will manage it for an annual fee of 55,000 yen (including tax). (Internal checks, visual checks, indoor cleaning, lawn mowing, etc.)
